HOW TO ORDER & REFUND POLICY

Everything is custom made, so please start by emailing Janet at zanshinart(at)yahoo(dot)com - let me know what you have in mind, any special needs around color, size, features, etc. and any concerns about deliveries and deadlines. I am always willing to go back and forth to clarify specs.

The entire process normally takes place via emails back and forth. Once we agree on specs and a price, I will provide a mailing deadline and payment details.

I accept payment by Paypal, cash or money order for orders within the USA. Please note for security reasons, Paypal orders ship to verified addresses. The only payment accepted for orders outside the USA is Paypal in US$.

Priority mail shipping within the USA is $8 for bags or baby gi, $12 for adult dogi tops. Overseas shipping will vary. Sales tax is added to all items delivered within California.

ZANSHIN ART REFUND POLICY

1. I want to hear your concerns, questions, and complaints, and have a chance to address them to your satisfaction. Please start the process by emailing me at zanshinart(at)yahoo(dot)com.

2. Goods may be returned for full refund, if in perfect unused condition, within 10 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. An item that is used or handled as one would expect such an item to be used or handled, and fails or breaks due to a problem in materials or workmanship, will be repaired or replaced by Zanshin Art.
