ORDERING FROM ZANSHIN ART
Everything is sewn to order. The usual turnaround time is ten days to two weeks. Please email to check availability, discuss sizing or specs on a custom project, and get information on projected shipping dates. The email address is zanshinart@yahoo.com.
Payment is accepted via PayPal, check or money order in US funds. PayPal orders will ship ONLY to the verified address associated with the account.
SHIPPING
Orders within California add 8.25% sales tax. Standard shipping is USPS priority mail. Current rates are: $7 for one standard size bag, plus $2 for each additional item. $7 for one baby gi top and belt or one baby gi full set with pants. An extra wide/extra long bag with lots of pouches or sleeves may bring the shipping charge to $9.
ZANSHIN ART REFUND POLICY
1.
I want to hear your concerns, questions, and complaints, and have a chance to
address them to your satisfaction. Please start the process by emailing me.
2. Goods may be returned for full refund, if in perfect unused condition, within
10 days. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. An
item that is used or handled as one would expect such an item to be used or handled,
and fails or breaks due to a problem in materials or workmanship, will be repaired
or replaced by Zanshin Art.
